problem refilling prepaid

Hello 

i have been trying to refill my prepaid service via Visa Debit  "one time refill" the transaction never completes .. anyone know when this issue will be resolved ?

my wifes card is a prepaid. the money is on the account. i think that is just silly.

To be able to use a credit card on a prepaid account. The name must match the same as the account holder. That could explain why you're having trouble making the payment.

I have the same problem. I use credit card and it's my name on it.

Does this happen on all browsers? Which credit card type are you currently using?

why does the prepaid mastercard not work? the money is on it, the debit visa should work too. its connected to ur account.

Hey @BadAndroid, the issue is resolved on our end. Have you tried with a different browser? Do you get an error message?

Did you get a chance to confirm that the card number is valid?

Also, did you try with a different browser?

Hey BadAndroid!

We took some time to look into this for you and unfortunately, Visa Debit cards are only accepted for postpaid services and not for prepaid.

Can you try to clear the caches on the browser and disable all adblocks? Let us know if works or not.
