I went to Toronto last year and stayed for one month. During the visit, I purchased a Fido prepaid sim card. Next month, I'll be in Toronto again, and I want to refill my prepaid account before arrival. Can I still use my old Fido sim card?

Hi Lynette,

As long as it has been less than a year since your Fido has been used, then yes, you will be able to use the same SIM and phone number. You'll just need to purchase a voucher and call customer service to have the line reactivated. 

If it has been more than 365 days, you will need to purchase a new SIM card and activate a new line with a new phone number.
