My new phone was shipped earlier this week but never arrived.
The Purolator tracking number says it's been at their sort facility for 2 days with no movement.
Purolator told me they would look into it but in my experience they are totally unreliable.
Is there a way to get help from Fido's side?
Hi @aiommi1 , I believe you have to wait for Purolator to get back to you or watch it online and get delivery. Did you receive a phone call, text, or email from them saying that it will be out for delivery? I believe I received a message from them to that effect. You can keep calling them and be the squeaky wheel. Just a thought
