Can I pay my bill (due today) with a personal cheque at a kiosk?

  Welcome to the community!

  Unfortunately, I am uncertain as to whether stores are able to take payment. Paying in store is not listed as an option (see here). Even if a store were willing to take payments for bills, I'm not sure they would be able to accept a personal cheque as they would have no means of verifying available funds. I understand paying a cheque by mail is listed as an option, however, it would take a number of days for payment to be received (similar to financial institution option) once they submit the cheque for payment.

  As far as I am aware, the only instant options are debit card and credit card.
