Hey community ! I upgraded to the note 9 on the 21th but since then I have been waiting. They said i should wait for one week and after that week they say the same thing again. I contacted samsung they said the phone is available. I would like to know what should i do in that situation. Thanks

I totally understand the excitement behind getting a new phone! Did you speak with us over the phone to complete the upgrade and have it delivered to your home?
Or did you reserve the device through our Fido Reservation System on My Account?
