Keep getting charged for a canceled service

I canceled my Fido plan in April 2018. I haven’t been able to check emails regularly because currently I’m doing my military service in Korea. Today, I recieved an email from metcredit saying that I have an unpaid Fido bill. But When I called Fido to cancel my plan back in April,they said I don’t have any unpaid bill. So I logged in my Fido account to see what’s going on, and found out that I have been getting bills from May 2018 to October 2018. How is it that I Keep getting charged when I no longer have your service?

Had you received an email confirming the cancellation of your account. We would need to take a closer look at your account to determine the cause of the call.
