Here I go again fido sending me a text to tell me they appriciate loyalty
B.S.
Again trying to get me to change my plan so they can suck more money from me
I guess getting money from me for 20 years and always trying to get more isn't good enough
So again they want to play the BS loyalty card again

Hey @unhappywithfido!

We sometimes have specific plans targeted to different customers based on their needs. We don't force our customers to change to the new plan but we want to let them know it was offered. Our goal is not to trick our customers in any way but to present the different options to them.

You can simply ignore the text message if you don't want to change the plan. Hope this helps! Smiley

And why would anyone ignore a text that says your loyalty is appreciated and we will upgrade your phone for $0

Or maybe because it is BS and deceptive

The text you got is not for new customers. We send it to you to thank you for your loyalty. If you need more details of the offers, let us know and we'll send you a PM. Smiley

I never used the word force
Fido sent me the text that mentioned appreciate and loyalty
When in fact the offer had nothing that do with the either
It was a ploy to try and convince me to change to a more costly plan
Which in my opinion is deceptive
And BS
