I was offered a winback offer and got a call on Dec 13, 2023. I was given the $29 offer and was told I could add my family members to my plan for the same offer. After being on the phone with the agent for an hour, going through the process, she said I needed to get my account validated by the validation team. Since the validation team hold was too long, the agent said she would do a call back the next day at 12 pm and told me to have it validated before then. So I was put on hold for another 2 hours and a half and was finally connected to the team. After having them validate my original account, they told me they would put a note on the account saying it had been validated. it's been over a week and I haven't gotten a call and I have left several voice messages on the winback call line. I tried to talk to customer service but all of them kept saying that they saw no offer on my account and that they couldn't do anything even though I went through a 4 hour process of setting up my account.

That said, you should still receive a callback from the Winback team if this was promised to you.

I have went through the same exact process, and accepted their offer, and they put me on hold for hours, they said they were running into technical issues and told me they were going to call back, however when they called they kept dropping the phone call for some reason, its really frustrating and felt like a dupe, FIDO needs to respond with a solution.

Happen to me too. I called the 8334479898. Left voicemail. Then fido chat app. And meta wall. Leave messages indicated that you are waiting for call.
