i cant get any code txt pls help?

i cant get sms code on my banking app and stuff

Hi there @alicekim960605  sorry to hear your texting isn't working for you. You might want to call in to Fido from your device to *611 and ask for technical support. They may need to do a network reset for you. If you're not receiving any texts it may need a reset or further troubleshooting
