From what I can see your phone specs are
2G bands | GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2 |
3G bands | HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100 |
4G bands | LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 28(700), 40(2300), 41(2500) |

Your phone is just missing LTE band 17, so while you might have issues with LTE you should be able to make and receive calls and send text.
You also need to make sure your phone is unlocked and you have the correct APN settings, you can find that here.
