You will need to contact customer service directly as they are the only ones that can process a cancellation, you should also note that you will lose the number.
If you want to keep the number and move it to another carrier you just have to inform the other carrier that you want to port the number over and they will do it for you, after the number is ported the Fido line will automatically be cancelled.
