I have to make a complaint about the MISLEADING "exclusive offers" to me as a new customer. My first bill occurred $70 data fee for a ver limited texts sent out in the U.S.. When I called to solve the problem and was told they can take half charge off, that's $35 credit back. when I called the second time, i was offered $10 off only. I made a few complaints through JACK, but not be responded at all.
Yesterday i accepted a bonus offer of 5G extra for free, but i received a fee increase immediately and wonder how come. I seldom use as much as the old plan 12G and I definitely don't want to pay more.
Please look into my account and help me fix the issues before I leave.
