<phonenumber>@fido.ca Email to Text no longer working?

I used to be able to send a text message to my phone by sending an email to <phonenumber>@fido.ca, but since July 1, it looks like this is no longer working. Has the Fido Email to Text service been shutoff? Is there a replacement?

I called Fido "support" and they informed me that "the service is no longer offered"

So diappointing that they would drop this service and not inform customers aout it.

Also, the customer service rep didn't know what "email-to-text" was and they had to check with someone else.

agreed.  I have the same issue.  last message received was on June 30th
