I'm beyond frustrated! I've been on hold and in a live chat queue for over an hour and there's no sign of me ever getting to talk to someone via any channel at all! Every time I try to contact someone it's the same situation. Do they think that the customers have no life and it's okay to leave them on hold for hours?!?! Do they even have a customer service team anymore?! It's insufferable!
