Firstly, I will not complain the function called "ASKJack" never solve my problem, and always has a technical issue.
I have complain about one of your chatbox employee, named Donna. She helped my to get my phone a suspension, and FORGET to cancel my regular plan. So I have to talk to another one and spend extra 30min because of this. By the way, her response speed is SUPER slow. I spent over an hour with Donna !!!
