how to clear my voicemail samsung s10

Hi,

I cant seem to be able to delete my voicemail and it is always saying its full when some one wants to leave a message. I tried deleting but when i do that, the phone says " you have no new messages, your mailbox is full, try deleting old messages"..but does not let me delete anything.

Hello @vijaykalra,

That is definitely odd, I do know Fido is currently migrating our voicemail to a new platform with hopes to have to process completed by the end of the month. It could be the reason yours have this glitch.

In this case, I would recommend you contact customer service and have them either reset your voicemail or remove it and re-add it again. Once this is done you will have to set up your voicemail again.
