how to active my micro sim to my new iPhone 4S

So basically I have some questions:

1. What's the 10 digit number? I had my old phone one years ago, and I have noo idea what is it.

2.In the website it said "

To change your SIM card

  • Log in to My Account.
  • Click on Change your SIM card under My Fido Service section."

but I can not find that section.

3. When I phone 611 and the other #, I dont know what options to choose. All I Want is to Activate my iPhone 4s!!

 

Fido seems to have a lot problems with this Sad

Hey lillian!

Your 10 digits number is your Fido phone number. If you are unsure of what it is, you may call another phone you would have access to that has call display and your number will be shown there.

If you do not have the option to update your SIM on My Account, it would be either because you are a prepaid customer or because you are not registered as the account holder.

If you are a prepaid customer, you will require contacting customer service to have it updated. You can reach us at 611, options 4 - 4 - 1, or via e-mail on the Contact Us page. If you are not registered as the account holder, you would have to do so via the My Account page.
