forgot voicemail password

I'm a participant level 1

I have followed the steps to reset, Scoll down to QUICK ACTIONS and select Reset voicemail password, however, my account does not give the option to "reset voicemail password" . It does have all the other options under quick actions though.   Please help.

Hello @chrispell this is what I found on resetting your voice mail password. See Here 

If that doesn't work for you then you will have to contact Fido customer support for assistance. You can dial *611 from your device or reach out on Twitter to @ fidosolutions
