Feeling harassed while requesting to return the phone

I am trying to put a phone return request again and again with customer care executive but they are just promising to send some e mail in order to return the phone but I didn't receive any email every time I called them. I wanto return my phone since half an hour after I ordered it on 14th april through customer care executive but didn‛t get my issue resolved till now even made 4 requests with customer care eXecutive.
