I have a negative balance on my final bill after closing account. i have already read other posts . it says the refund is sent by cheque to the same address that I have on the account in 3 weeks after the final bill is issued,but the problem is i have already moved to the new address . it is possible to get a refund by credit card? because usually when I paid all my fido bill I used a credit card .

sadly , i needed to change another carrier because i had a bad experience when i went to Fido kiosk ,but Fido& Roger are the best . i used these carriers since I moved to Canada.
