I got an email a week ago saying my phone has shipped and it still hasn't showed up and the tracking number doesn't work in the link they sent

Have you had the chance to reach out to UPS or Purolator to confirm the details of your order?

We usually issue a tracking number to your order when the package leaves our warehouse, after being picked up by the courier.
