Hi,
I contacted a live chat agent a few days ago and was told that they are able to send me an esim by mail. The mail arrived today; however, it's still the multi sim and not the esim QR code. What am I suppose to do with this sim card now?? Can someone help me with it?

Unfortunately, you will have to contact customer service and have them send out the eSIM again.
