How can I change the description of my current phone in my account?

Yes, it lists the last phone that I got from Fido. However, I have since purchased a different phone not from Fido. How do I change what is being displayed?

You can contact customer service directly and let them know which device you are currently using and if it is one they support they can update your account accordingly but it really doesn't matter as long as your device works as intended.

If you log in to your account on fido.ca or on the mobile app it will tell you the last phone you got from Fido.

You can also use this site here and enter the model number of your device and it will give you full details of your device.
