I am very disappointed with Fido customer service i move from bell to Fido the told me no activation fee when i received my first bill was charged $40 for th activetion fee i call customer service the say i have to pay i ask to speak to a supervisor the put me on hold for an hour 1/2 for two days i call when i ask for a supervisor the put me on hold for hours then he tell me a supervisor he going to call me back for three days no calls
