credit balance

I had a credit balance, I cancelled over 3 months ago, Aug 8, 2019.  I thought it takes a few months for refund to go through but I checked my balance today and it was back to $0.00.  What happened and how do I get my credit?

If your final bill has a credit balance you would get the refund by cheque in the mail to the address on file. It usually takes 3 weeks but can take as much as 6 weeks.

In your case it has been way too long, I would suggest you contact customer service so they can look into this for you.
