i am very disappointed with the answer from custmer service i left on vacation the 17 of july on vacation to mexico and asked if they had a plan to use my phone in mexico and said it would cost me 14dollars for 15 days and now they charged me 14 dollars per day they made the mistate and now i have to pay for it i would like an answer call 514 *** **** thank tou.

Sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding of the Fido Roam costs. As mentioned, the costs have always been on a per day basis. However, you are only charged for a maximum of 15 days per billing cycle (see here). That could be where you mistook the mention of 15 days.

Sorry to hear about the miss communication but the roaming charges has always been per day. It's doubtful the agent would tell you it's $14 for 15 days.
Also, if I'm not mistaken you would also get a text notification when roaming that tells you the cost per day.
