I surprise that you over charge my account for second number while I am using only one number:******4131. I contracted for only the new phone, and ported my old number:******4131 to new phone. I didn't ask for the new number. Please correct it
Did you possibly change your number or ported in a number from another provider?
It's possible that there were prorated (partial) charges for the previous number and the new one.
That said, you can certainly contact customer service if you feel you've been billed for a service you didn't request!
Since you are having a billing issue it would be best to contact customer service directly and they can look into your account and better advise you.
