charges for over-usage of data

I have a Iphone 6s and i got over my 3G of data almost every month and dont know why as im on wifi at work and wifi at home....im only aloud my phone 1h a day on break at work and still i go over my data....has this happend to someone else

Your problem could be because of a feature iPhone has called WiFi Assist that is on by default, try turning it off and see if your overage goes away.

Have you also checked in your settings which app uses most of your data? We're able to track your overall usage, but we're unable to track specifically what you do with your mobile data usage.

Since you're using an Iphone, you can reset the usage history of your apps and track down where most of your data goes to. In the meantime, you can also use the Fido mobile app to track your data usage. Keep in mind though, that your usage will be updated every 12 hours. Real time notifications are sent by SMS when you reach 90% and 100% usage.
