I received msn in June telling me that my Prepaid account money could be used to pay my postpaid plan, I can get up to 14-months of service on my $10 per month plan,no term-just using my balance.
So on 18 June I called Fido to change my plan to BYOP, but until now I still get the invoice every month of paying $11.2 for the last four months.
Please check for me, and your help will be much appreciated.

Hello @BillCheng , sounds like a good use of your accumulated funds. The best way to find out what is going on with your pre-paid plan, is to call them directly by dialing *611 from your device. As the prepaid and the postpaid plans are two separate services, they would need to be contacted to have a look at your account. We don't have that ability as community forum peers, only Fido personnel are able to look at your accounts. I hope you get it sorted out quickly, all the best
