I'd like to know if the payment on September 30th has been processed. Whether it's a credit card or a Dabit card.Or I want to know if both have been double-paid.

To check the payment method of your Fido account, your best bet woud first check your bank interactions which would show charges for debit card that is pending or charged. Then you can check your credit card acount to see the same for any charges from Fido. If that is not possible for you, you can call *611 from your device and either speak with a representative or select the self serve menu for billing and payments. These methods would be the most time saving for you. As this community forum is a venue for trouble shooting with other fido community members, we don't have access to any account information.
