When I try to update my sim card I get the a message saying the old SIM card is not the number associated with my phone. I've tried several times with different browsers and am sure I am inputting the number correctly. How can this be resolved?

You should be able to update your sim card without a problem through Fido.ca.
At the same time, the number of your old sim card is required in order to do the sim card change.
Did you get a chance to clear the cache and cookies from your browser to see if you can get a different result?
