hi i have the 1gb plan and have been getting thr 2gb data plan for more than a year, but just starting yesterday i lost this 2gb bonus data all of a sudden where i didnt change my plan at all. is anyone else ruuning into this issue?

This sounds like the 2 GB bonus you had was for a limited time.
When it expires, you can find the details about your bonus data on your invoice.
