I upgraded to an IPhone 13 on Black Friday. I just received the phone which is great but they sent a blue rather than the black that I ordered. How does this get fixed?
When I try to update my sim card I get the a message saying the old SIM card is not the number associated with my phone. I've tried several times with different browsers and am sure I am inputting the number correctly. How can this be resolved?
