cancel reservation that doesn't seem to be worked properly

Hello, 

 

Before I leave from Canada on March 18

I already made cancel reservation though two of Fido staff on the phone.

The cancel reservation date was on Friday, March 20

However, It seems like my account is still activated.

I really want to fix this problem.  please contact me

I'm sorry to see your first post is about canceling your Fido service. We're sad to see you go. I'm glad to hear your request was taken care of, however. 

 

With that said, thank you for your feedback in regards to the issue.

I cancelled my phone with Fido today because they have an awful policy about courtesy phones which is really not environmentally ethical.

Try going here:

https://www.fido.ca/pages/#/reservedevice

Sign in to your Fido account. If you have a device reserved there still then you should be able to cancel it. Mine cancelled from there right away.
