Before I leave from Canada on March 18
I already made cancel reservation though two of Fido staff on the phone.
The cancel reservation date was on Friday, March 20
However, It seems like my account is still activated.
I really want to fix this problem. please contact me
I cancelled my phone with Fido today because they have an awful policy about courtesy phones which is really not environmentally ethical.

Sign in to your Fido account. If you have a device reserved there still then you should be able to cancel it. Mine cancelled from there right away.
