bouncing between Winback and customer care

I received a call from the winback team 3 weeks ago, agreed to an offer and now waiting for the SIMs for 3 weeks.. called customer care multiple times, they open case for winback team and then nothing... everything in the account notes and all agents agree but can do nothing until a winback team call back. so frustrating. @FidoAnthonyZ

@FidoSara. please advise how to escalate this mater to fido leadership, twitter?
