Can you give us some more details? 

 

Are you have problems making a payment? Or you just don't have the funds to pay your bill?

 

For all the different ways to pay your bill see here.

 

If you don't have the funds to pay your bill then you should contact Fido's Credit Operations Department and you can set up a payment arrangement, to contact the Credit Operations Department see here.
