Did you have a payment arrangement or a past due balance? If that's the case, I would suggest that you contact our Credit Operations team to let them know.

 

That said, you can check your account balance on your fido.ca account, the fido app or even by dialing *3337 from your Fido phone. Depending on the payment method, it can take us to few days to receive the payment and post it on your account.
