My husband lost his data he turned off the wifi by accident and i open the chat and ask a fido agent for extra free data because i dont want to pay 20$ for only 1Gb and the agent was not helpful at all i asked to let the manager know to help she or he refused to help me they care only about their money i am with fido since 2013 I was very disappointed and thinking to change lines provider
