hi there,
i was promised a $60 activation fee would be waived as part of the store promo for boxing day. today i received the bill unfortunately the $60 is there. please help me correct it.

Hi @shipeisi , to discuss your concerns with the activation fees you would have to speak with store you signed up with or fido customer support. You can reach customer support Here or go back to the fido store to have it corrected. As this is a community forum, we cannot access any customer accounts. Regards
