Thanks! Once the billing cycle is over, it can take up to 6 days for the new bill to be out! Keep an eye on Fido.ca, it shouldn't be much longer Smiley

Do you see the balance at $0 on Fido.ca or on Fido My Account app?

If you use the self serve and call *28, do you have the right balance?

Hi Surobert, 

 

That would mostly depend on your billing date. Also note that there can be a delay of a few days before the new balance appears on Fido.ca. 

 

Do you know what your billing date is?
