When I share Internet from my mobile device to another mobile device, The another mobile device try to use YouTube app and appears a message in YouTube that the "region is not available".
But when this another device use WiFi from other connection the YouTube app works. I tried cleaning cache and delete data from the other device but the problem continues.
Looks like Fido or Rogers not allows use YouTube app when you share Internet to other device. I tried from USA using another provider and no problems.
