I changed my address with your guys and then immediately requested the iPhone 8. So, you sent it to my old address and I was unable to claim it. I had two seperate interactions with people who assured me it would get redirected to my new place. That was a month ago. I just got an email stating that I will no longer be able to get that phone, as well that phone is discontinued.
Nobody really made an attempt to rectify things and I am pretty disappointed in the level of care that was shown
I looked at the rest of your apple phones and none of them match the price level I would like to make a month
