Xtra enter contest

The 'enter now' button never reacts when pressed. Is it only available to some people only? Using latest my account version but didn't work in the past eother

Welcome to the community

Everything should work.  Are you using the latest version of the app?  If you are, can you please try deleting the app and installing it again?  That should fix the issue.

I reinstalled, still can't enter the LG g7 one contest for instance. The steps are: Xtra menu, check it out button, agree checkbox, enter now button appears enabled, but doesn't react for me in any way.

But then these buttons never worked for me. Does this particular contest work for anyone else? Perhaps it's only available to some users? I have the 10Gib/56$ pulse plan, on an essential phone.
