Wrong delivery address and 2 useless chats with support

I've ordered an iPhone and it was sent to the wrong address (my old address)
- in all docs I've got by email it was my current address
- I've asked support 2 times to change the address - no results but promises!
- this morning I've got a message from Purolator that the phone is about to be delivered to my old address, it might be a great present for someone.

I can't find fido support phone number to call, only chat ... great! keep going.  I was fido's client for 7 years, I will cancel my account at fido and will move my phone number to Videotron.

I am sorry to see you had this kind of complication with your phone order. The device orders are sent to the addresses we have on file for you which is usually validated at the time of the order. In this case, we would have to take a closer look into your account to determine what happened. We still offer support over the phone.
