I have port my number 2 year ago but there was a tablat free and data line. You are changing me almost 11 $ every month from 2 years. I won't let my hard earned money go without any reason. Refund me or I would go for legal advice evan I would spend more then my refund but you will see by law how should steel customer money without any reason or use.

While we do have offers and promotions that give you discounts on our services, these are usually available for a limited time only.


Just to confirm, have you had the chance to confirm which promotion was applied to your data only plan to bring it down to $0 ? Also, for how long did the promotion last?


You should be able to find that in your service agreement. Alternatively, you can contact us and we'll be happy to take a closer look as well.
