Worst Customer Service experience EVER,

All I want to do is return 2 phones!!  I have now made 3 calls  and wasted over 4 1/2 hours of my time.   The issue STILL has not been resolved!!  Fido  just needs send me a simple email with the prepaid mailing instructions but it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting.  I am leaving the country shortly and MUST have this resolved.  I honestly don't even know where to go from here....

 

Don't even get me started on WHY I'm returning them....that's another story.  

as soon as the phones have been returned, I will be cancelling my Fido account.  I've been a customer with as many as 4 lines for about 15 years, but obviously no one cares.
