I had the worst customer service that I experienced. I called the Fido Customer Service couple of times for one particular problem. Firstly my account was not set up correctly and then I never received my bills and secondly I was misadvised by the customer representative and then I was told the explorer that you are logging in is not supported by your phone etc.. and finally Colin the representative who I talked today also was not able to give me any solution. I am highly disappointed as I payed off my phone with freedom to join Fido back but unfortunately my decision was wrong.
