Just a question. How come we see the names of some winners from the same area twice for the same contest ? Is that correct ?

That is correct if you're looking at the Fido XTRA's XTRAVAGANZA Halloween Contest (October 13 - 19, 2022). This contest allowed for certain prizes to be won multiple times, which is the case for users who have won a Walmart E-Gift Card of $5 multiple times.
