Winback only gives missed calls

Hi, I recently switched away from fido because I got a better deal but fido keeps calling me for winback. But they hang up a few seconds later and don't say anything when I do pick it up. I am interested in the offer, but I don't know how to even know what the offer is if I can't talk to anyone

Hi @r55kumar , you will have to wait for winback to give you another call. You have to answer fairly quickly or the auto dialer goes to the next number in the queue. You can try calling customer service to see if they can leave a message for you. Here are ways to reach customer support. Cheers
