Hi there.
After switching to Koodo a couple of days ago I've received a couple of calls from Fido today but as soon as I pick up, the call disconnects.
I called into customer support but they do not see any notes on my file.
Any chance I could get some assistance from anybody around here? I would be interested in returning to Fido with a good deal if possible.

Welcome to the community!
The Fido winback is unrelated to customer service they would not know anything, the calls dropping when answered seems to be a common issue with the company handling it, you will have to wait for them to call back.
I would also suggest to be prepared to make a decision at that time as that department only does outbound calls you will not be able to call them back and getting them to call you back is no guarantee.

Thanks for the response. It's just frustrating as I've gotten 3 calls now and theyve been dropped right away.
